Director Resignation
Rakon Limited (NZX: RAK) wishes to advise that Steve Tucker has chosen to step down as a director from 31 March 2024, in order to balance his workload as he commences full time study.
The Board wishes to thank Steve for his contribution to Rakon during his tenure. He has brought valuable innovative exporting knowledge and insights to the company, which has been of benefit as Rakon has continued to expand and grow its global markets.
Following Steve’s resignation, the Rakon Board will comprise six directors, of which four will be independent directors. The Board believes that this is an appropriate number and does not currently intend to seek a replacement director.
