Zachary Vaughan has been appointed as a non-independent director of the manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust, effective from August 12, 2025.
Vaughan's appointment comes after the resignation of Craig Mitchell.
Vaughan will serve as a representative of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT on the board of the manager.
He is also the new chief executive officer of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT.
