Being AI has announced the resignation of Brett O'Riley as an independent director.
His resignation is effective immediately and will remain in effect until the appointment of a replacement independent director or 5pm on Jan 29.
The company said its board is currently in discussions with potential replacements and will provide further updates to the market.
