Resignation of Simon McArley from General Capital Board

General Capital Limited (NZX:GEN) has announced that Simon McArley has resigned as a non-executive director of the Board, effective 17 July 2023.

Rewi Bugo, Chair of General Capital, thanked Simon for his significant contribution over the last 5 years.

Nominations for directors are currently open in advance of the Annual Shareholder Meeting on 24 August 2023, with an update to be provided once a replacement is appointed.
