Restaurant Brands sets 2025 shareholders meeting

Restaurant Brands New Zealand has announced that its next annual meeting of shareholders will be held on May 23, 2025.

The company also revealed the opening and closing dates for director nominations.

Nominations for directors are now open and will close on April 7, 2025.

All nominations must be received by 4pm NZT on the closing date.

Shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting are eligible to make a nomination.
