Shareholders of Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (SNC) voted overwhelmingly in favour of a resolution at a Special Meeting held on 9 January 2023.
The resolution allows the company to enter into a Licence Agreement and any related series of transactions to commercialise the rights granted under the agreement.
All 444,178,644 votes cast were in favour of the resolution, with no votes against and no abstentions.
