Investore Property Limited has announced an offer of up to $75 million of 5 year senior secured fixed rate bonds, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional $50 million.
The bonds will be quoted on the NZX Debt Market and open for subscription today, with the issue margin and interest rate for the Bonds to be set following a bookbuild process.
The Offer is made pursuant to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is only available to New Zealand institutional and retail investors.
