The Colonial Motor Company Limited (CMC) Chairman Ashley Waugh has announced that Matthew Newman will retire as a Director of CMC following the Annual Meeting scheduled for 11 November 2022.
Matthew has served as CEO of the Group's largest car dealership, South Auckland Motors Limited, since 2014 and has been with the Company since 1986.
John Alexander Hutchinson has been appointed as a director of CMC, effective from 1 September 2022, and will be subject to election at the upcoming Annual Meeting.
