Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced the retirement of long-serving Non-executive Director, Phil Garling AM, on 30 June 2022.
The Chairman of Downer, Mark Chellew, praised Mr Garling for his over 11 years of service and invaluable leadership on the Audit and Risk Committee, Zero Harm Committee, Remuneration Committee, Tender Risk Evaluation Committee, and Major Rail Projects Committee.
Mr Chellew wished him the best for the future.
