The a2 Milk Company Limited has announced that Bessie Lee will retire from the Board effective 28 February 2022, and that Sandra Yu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2022.
Sandra Yu is a highly regarded company director and experienced global executive in the infant milk formula market, who has held various senior executive roles at Unilever, Mead Johnson Nutrition and Reckitt Benckiser.
David Hearn, Chair of the Board, said that Sandra's deep experience in the infant milk formula market and digital marketing and ecommerce capability will be an invaluable asset to the Board and management.
