Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC) has issued 4,647,445 new shares at NZ$0.36 (£0.18) in a part placement of the shortfall from their 2022 rights issue.
The trustees of the Nikau Trust also agreed to reclassify 1,162,000 of their non-voting shares as ordinary shares, bringing the total number of ordinary shares on issue to 59,297,752.
There are also 1,207,000 unquoted non-voting shares which may be reclassified as quoted ordinary shares.
