Sanford Limited has announced the resignation of Mark Cairns from its Board of Directors.
Mr Cairns cited a need to manage his responsibilities as a director of several listed companies, especially his recent appointment as Chair of Freightways, as his reason for leaving.
Chair Sir Rob McLeod thanked Mr Cairns for his nearly two years of service and understands his decision to refocus.
