Z Energy Limited (NZX/ASX: ZEL) (“Z”) confirms the High Court has today issued final orders approving the Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) with Ampol Limited (“Ampol”).
Z also confirms the expected timetable in respect of the Scheme.
