Seeka appoints Mark Dewdney as director

Seeka has announced the appointment of Mark Dewdney as an independent director, effective from Dec 1, 2024.

Dewdney, a professional director based in Mount Maunganui, brings over 30 years of experience in leading and governing NZX-listed and family-owned businesses.

He has previously held management and chief executive roles in high-profile agriculture companies in New Zealand, and also has five years of overseas experience in Asia.

Dewdney is currently a director at Tatua Dairy Company and serves as the independent chairman of New Zealand King Salmon and Marire LP.
