Seeka Appoints Mark Dewdney as an Independent Director

The Board of Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Dewdney as an Independent Director of the Company.

Mark is a Professional Director, based in Mount Maunganui, with significant experience leading and governing NZX listed and family-owned businesses. Mark has been a manager and CEO of multiple high-profile agriculture companies in New Zealand spanning a career of over 30 years, including five years’ overseas experience across Asia.

Mark has a proven track record of success, is a current Director at Tatua Dairy Company, and is the current Independent Chairman of both New Zealand King Salmon and Marire LP. These positions in a variety of organisations demonstrates Mark’s versatility and breadth of experience in New Zealand’s agriculture sector which he is excited to bring to Seeka.

The appointment takes effect on 1 December 2024.
