Serko has announced the appointment of technology entrepreneur Dr Sean Gourley as an independent non-executive director, effective from February 1 2024.
Gourley's appointment is expected to support Serko's international growth, innovation, and data focus.
He brings with him a wealth of experience, having founded and led two Silicon Valley technology businesses - AI and machine learning company Primer, and AI-powered data visualisation company Quid.
Gourley, who has a background as a research scientist at NASA and the University of Oxford, will also stand for election at Serko's 2024 annual shareholders' meeting.
