Serko has reported positive ebitdaf and cash flow for the first half of the 2024 financial year.

The online travel and expense management company achieved total income of $42.7 million, up 18% from the same period last year.

It also reported a 23% increase in total income for the second half of the financial year.

Serko's free cash flow reached $1.3m, an improvement of $5m, while adjusted free cash flow was $2.3m, up $6m.

The company affirmed its total income guidance for the 2025 financial year, anticipating a range of $85m-$92m.

However, it no longer expects to be cashflow positive for FY25, taking into account the acquisition and accelerated investment announced.
