F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 11 August 2023.
The lowest price per share was 851.00p and the highest price was 856.00p, with a weighted average price of 854.5361p.
The purchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights in the Company to 515,777,757.
