F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 23,500 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 9 June 2023, at a weighted average price of 900.6809p.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights in the Company to 517,793,408.
