F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 70,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 21 June 2023.
The weighted average price per share was 877.5622p.
The purchased shares will be held in treasury, increasing the total number of voting rights in the Company to 517,559,539.
