Meridian Energy Limited has announced it will begin an on-market share buyback to purchase a maximum of 489,925 ordinary shares, to be held as treasury stock, in connection with its FY23 Long-Term Incentive Scheme.
This Buyback may occur from 16 November 2022 to 30 November 2022 and will be used to meet obligations to participating senior employees of the Company.
Shares will only be acquired on the NZX Main Board.
