Investore Property Limited has announced it will begin an on-market share buyback programme to purchase up to 5% of its ordinary shares (being 18,406,751 ordinary shares).
The buyback is subject to Listing Rule 4.14.2 and will occur from 15 July 2022 for a period of up to 12 months, with shares purchased notified to the NZX within one business day.
The acquired shares will be cancelled upon acquisition.
SPL, Investore's cornerstone shareholder, has advised it does not intend to participate in the share buyback.
Investore reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme at any time.
