Shelley Ruha Appointed Director

Allied Farmers Limited has appointed Shelley Ruha as a director with effect from 9 November 2022.

She brings a wide range of relevant skills and experience to the Board, including serving as Independent Chair of NZ Rural Land Management GP and LP since its inception in December 2020. Ms. Ruha will stand for re-election at Allied Farmer’s Annual Meeting on 24 November 2022.

Her background includes leading large, complex businesses with P&L accountability for businesses with revenues over $1bn and 1,200 employees, and various directorships.
