David Mair has resigned as chief executive officer of Skellerup, with Graham Leaming appointed as his replacement.
The leadership changes were confirmed on March 28 2024.
Mair will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company.
In addition, Tim Runnalls has been named the new chief financial officer, taking over from Leaming.
Skellerup's announcement did not provide any further details regarding the reasons for Mair's resignation or the appointment of Leaming and Runnalls.
