Skellerup leadership changes confirmed

As disclosed on 15 February 2024, David Mair has resigned as CEO and will continue as a non-executive director of Skellerup. Graham Leaming has been appointed as the CEO to replace David. Tim Runnalls has been appointed as CFO to replace Graham. All changes are effective from 28 March 2024.
