Sky has announced the appointment of Kirstin Jones as their new Company Secretary.
Jones brings 20 years of legal experience to the role, including three years at Sky, where she currently serves as Head of Legal.
James Bishop, the outgoing Company Secretary, departs with Sky's gratitude.
