At the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Sky Network Television Limited (Sky), Chairman Philip Bowman confirmed receipt of a binding ruling from the New Zealand IRD, satisfying one of the conditions to a Court Sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement for the return of approximately $70 million.
Mr Bowman also provided an update on the Company’s dividend policy and signalled the potential for a buy-back programme.
Chief Executive Sophie Moloney provided an update on the Company’s strategy and progress, as well as priority projects for the upcoming year.
Sky remains on track to deliver results within the guidance ranges provided at the time of the FY22 results.
