Sky New Zealand is pleased to announce the appointment of Belinda Rowe as an independent director on the Sky Board, effective 1 March 2023.
Belinda brings a relevant set of skills and international experience to the Sky Board, having held global leadership roles in marketing, communications, digital and media, and having successful governance experience in media, technology and sport.
Sky Chairman Philip Bowman welcomed Belinda’s appointment, saying she will provide a valuable perspective to the business.
Belinda will seek election by Sky’s shareholders at the next Annual Meeting.
