SkyCity Entertainment has reached an agreement with MPF Parking regarding their long-term concession agreement for the SkyCity Auckland car park.
Under the agreement, the car park will be returned to SkyCity on 31 January 2024.
In exchange, SkyCity will pay a compensation sum of $204 million to MPF.
The resolution of the disputes between the two parties has been described as mutually beneficial.
SkyCity expressed its anticipation of working with MPF on the smooth transfer of the Auckland car park business, which is considered a high-quality, integrated operating asset and a key driver of local gaming visitation.
