Rex Chapman, Chair of South Port NZ Limited, has announced his intention to retire from the Board at the Company's Annual Meeting on 31 October 2023.
Philip Cory-Wright, who has been a Director since 2010, will succeed Mr Chapman as Chair.
He is a professional director and strategic adviser based in Auckland.
