Spark New Zealand announces changes to the Spark Board

Spark New Zealand has appointed two independent non-executive directors to its Board.

Gordon MacLeod and Sheridan Broadbent have joined the Board with both bringing a range of experience and expertise in the telecommunications, ICT, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Paul Berriman, current director, will retire at the next Annual General Meeting.

Chair of Spark New Zealand, Justine Smyth, says the Board is now well positioned with diverse and complementary skills to help guide Spark to deliver on its strategic ambitions.
