Spark has unveiled its new five-year business strategy, SPK-30, which will prioritise its core connectivity business.

The company said it will focus on delivering a better network and better customer experiences.

This includes investing in network reliability and coverage, as well as evolving retail experiences and empowering customer care channels through AI.

Spark's chief executive, Jolie Hodson, emphasised the importance of connectivity in an increasingly digital world and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

The company also provided an update on its chair succession, with Justine Smyth intending to serve for up to 12 more months.
