Third Age Health Services Limited has announced a director succession, with Norah Barlow resigning as director and Steffan Crausaz being appointed as director, effective from Dec 1, 2023.
Steffan will retire from office at the next Annual Shareholder's Meeting and will be eligible for election at that meeting.
The board has determined that Steffan will be an independent director.
The current board consists of John Fernandes as the independent director and chairman, Bevan Walsh as the non-executive director, Wayne Williams as the independent director, and Steffan Crausaz as the independent director.
