Director Succession

The Board of Third Age Health Services Limited confirms the previously announced Director succession, effective from 1/12/2023:

• The resignation of Norah Barlow as Director
• The appointment of Steffan Crausaz as Director

In accordance with the rules, Steffan will retire from office at the next Annual Shareholder’s Meeting and will be eligible for election at that meeting.

In accordance with Listing Rule 2.6.1, the Board has determined that Steffan will be an independent director.

The Third Age Health board now consists of:

John Fernandes, Independent Director, Chairman
Bevan Walsh, Non-Executive Director
Wayne Williams, Independent Director
Steffan Crausaz, Independent Director
