Stride Property Group has announced that its annual shareholder meetings will be held on August 29, 2025.
The closing date for nominations for appointment as a director of Stride Investment Management has been set for July 15, 2025.
Nominations must be made by a Stride Property Group security holder and should be accompanied by the consent of the person nominated.
Stride Property Group's boards of directors comprise the same directors, so any person appointed as a director of Stride Investment Management will also be appointed as a director of Stride Property.
The company also clarified that David Green, who was appointed as a director on June 19, 2025, is an independent director.
