Stride Property Group has confirmed its target for a combined annual cash dividend of 8.00 cents per stapled security for the financial year ending March 2024, subject to market conditions.
The company has also announced a dividend reinvestment plan with a 2% discount for the first quarter dividends of both Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited.
The last date for participation in the plan is September 1, 2023.
Stride Property Limited will pay a cash dividend of 1.7375 cents per share for the first quarter of FY24, while Stride Investment Management Limited will pay a cash dividend of 0.2625 cents per share.
The dividends will be paid on September 18, 2023, to shareholders on the register as of August 31, 2023.
