FY24 First Quarter Dividends

Stride Property Group (Stride) confirms that, consistent with previous guidance, it is targeting a combined annual cash dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2024 (FY24) of 8.00 cents per stapled security, subject to market conditions.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan announced in December 2022 will operate for the FY24 first quarter dividends of both Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML), with a 2% discount being applied when determining the issue price.

The last date for receipt of an application for participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of this dividend is 5pm on 1 September 2023.


Stride Property Limited (SPL) – FY24 First Quarter Dividend
SPL announces a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023) of FY24 of 1.7375 cents per share to be paid on 18 September 2023 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 August 2023.

This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.251393 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.114077 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) – FY24 First Quarter Dividend
SIML announces a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023) of FY24 of 0.2625 cents per share to be paid on 18 September 2023 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 August 2023.

This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.102083 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.046324 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.
