Stride Property Group has announced its target of an 8 cents per stapled security combined annual cash dividend for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025.
This is in line with previous guidance and is subject to market conditions.
The company also revealed the suspension of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the third quarter dividends of both Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited in the 2025 financial year.
Stride Property Limited declared a cash dividend of 1.5625 cents per share for the third quarter of FY25, while Stride Investment Management Limited announced a cash dividend of 0.4375 cents per share for the same period.
Both dividends will be paid on March 11, 2025.
