New Zealand Rural Land Company (NZL) has released its FY22 results, which include a record Net Profit After Tax of $39.7M and a net asset value per share (NAV) increase of +18.6% (+$0.26).
The company's portfolio has performed strongly, with an increase in value of +16.7%.
NZL has also completed four acquisitions in FY22 and will pay a final dividend of 1.60cps for the year, bringing total dividends for the year to 3.61cps.
The outlook for FY23 AFFO is between $4.9m and $5.4M.
