NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited has announced the successful completion of the Institutional Offer of Vital Healthcare Property Trust's 1 for 8.54 pro rata accelerated entitlement offer, with a premium of 3.1%.
The Institutional Entitlement Offer and Institutional Bookbuild combined have raised gross proceeds of $109.8 million, with new units set to commence trading on the NZX on Friday 6th May 2022.
There is still time to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer, which closes at 5:00pm NZT on Thursday 12th May.
