SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC) announces that Directors, Sue Suckling and Jennifer Owen, have notified the company of their intention to retire from the Board at the company’s upcoming annual meeting in October 2022 and early 2023, respectively.
The Board and management team thank them both for their tremendous contribution to the company.
SKC also intends to appoint two new non-executive directors in June 2022, subject to regulatory approval.
The Board remains committed to Board renewal and anticipates appointing one or two further directors in the next six to twelve months.
