Summerset Group has reported a strong performance in the third quarter of 2025, with 420 sales of occupation rights.
This includes 244 new sales and 176 resales.
The company's chief executive, Scott Scoullar, expressed satisfaction with the results, highlighting the achievement of the highest ever sales quarter in a challenging market.
Summerset's diverse portfolio was also emphasised, with over 52% of New Zealand sales coming from areas outside of Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
The company said its highest-selling villages for the quarter were Summerset Boulcott in Lower Hutt, Summerset by the Dunes in Pāpāmoa, and Summerset Palms in Te Awa.
Summerset Group remains on track to deliver its forecast of 650-730 homes for the 2025 financial year.
In Australia, the company is set to commence its fourth Victorian village, Oakleigh South.
