Bright Dairy has cast its postal vote in favour of the 'North Island Sale' and all other resolutions before Synlait's annual meeting.
Synlait's share registrar has confirmed the receipt of Bright Dairy's vote.
The annual meeting is scheduled to take place on November 21, 2025.
