Synlait Milk has revealed that it is in discussions with an undisclosed party regarding its North Island assets.
However, the company emphasised that the discussions are still incomplete, no binding terms have been agreed upon, and there is no certainty that a transaction will take place.
Synlait said it will provide further updates to the market as required by its continuous disclosure obligations, but will not engage in any additional media speculation.
