Task Group to delist from NZX, consolidate on ASX

TASK Group Holdings Limited has announced that it will be delisting from the NZX Main Board and consolidating to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) starting on October 30, 2023.

Shareholders who held shares through the NZX will be automatically transferred to the ASX, and new Shareholder Reference Numbers will be mailed to them by November 3, 2023.

No further action is required from shareholders.
