T&G Global appoints new director, two resign

T&G Global has announced changes to its board of directors, with the appointment of Michael Baur as a new director.

Baur, who joined the board of management of BayWa AG, T&G's main shareholder, in October 2024, is the chief restructuring officer.

He is also the global vice chair at consulting firm AlixPartners.

The company said Baur is not an independent director for the purposes of listing rule 2.6.2. Meanwhile, Andreas Helber and Bastian von Streit will be stepping down from the board.

Helber, who has been a director since April 2012, will resign effective March 31, 2025, while von Streit, who joined in April 2024, will resign effective December 31, 2024.
