T&G Global has responded to media speculation regarding a potential sale of the company.
In a statement, T&G Global said it has received a significant number of expressions of interest in its business, following BayWa's announcement in December 2024 that it is reducing its international investments.
T&G Global, which is currently considering its strategic options, has engaged Craigs Investment Partners for support in this process.
The company said it would provide an update to the market, depending on the outcome.
