Third Age Health acquires majority stake in ARC Health

Third Age Health Services has announced that its acquisition of an 80% stake in ARC Health has become unconditional.

ARC Health, which provides medical services to aged residential care facilities in the Canterbury region, will operate as a bolt-on to Third Age Health's existing aged residential care business.

The total consideration for the stake is $1.12 million, with $280,000 deferred for 12 months.

The acquisition is expected to be funded from cash reserves, and completion is scheduled for September 1, 2025.
