Third Age Health to acquire ARC Health

Third Age Health Services has announced a conditional agreement to acquire an 80% stake in ARC Health.

ARC Health provides medical services to aged residential care facilities in the Canterbury region.

The acquisition, which is valued at $1.1 million, is intended to complement Third Age Health's existing aged residential care business.

Completion of the acquisition is expected in September 2025, pending the satisfaction of all conditions.
