Todd Hunter has been appointed as an executive director of Turners Automotive Group.
Hunter, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years and has served as group chief executive since 2016, will be a non-independent director.
The company said his appointment to the board reflects its commitment to strong governance and alignment between management and shareholders.
It will be subject to shareholder approval at the next annual meeting.
